Description : Fig Tree Cottage welcomes business people and families! Situated in the quiet leafy seaside resort of Salt Rock on the North Coast of Natal is Fig Tree Cottage. The cottage is in an elevated position looking into huge natal mahogany & wild fig trees. From the wooden deck birdlife is abundant, but also bush babies, fruit eating bats & monkeys are some of our other wild visitors. The cottage accommodates 5 people. It’s air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. A fully equipped kitchen contains among other things a dishwasher & microwave oven with a weber braai on the deck for those outdoor meals on the deck. There are two double rooms with a sleeper couch in the lounge for a fifth person. There’s T.V. with DSTV, also an internet connection washing machine & tumble drier are available on the property with a Laundromat close by. Bring own towels for beach. No smoking in the cottage. The closest beach is 400m, or 5 minutes walk away renowned for reef snorkelling & good surfing. Swimming beaches are shark netted.
